Law reform policies : recommendations
This book contains the findings of studies on and recommendations for law reform in Indonesia. Since 2000, the National Law Commission has been engaged in the process of conducting studies and formulating these recommendations in collaboration with a number of working groups from various parts of Indonesia. The studies were conducted based on fourteen specific work programs categorized in to four key areas, namely, the executive, legislature, legal system and legal profession.
