Vertically, as human, a judge should perfectly believe that there is life after death, and there is accountability for all his action as judge. Horizontally, they should fully understand and aware of moral, social and psychological affects of their verdicts. Therefore "judge is law" is a fully true and basic statement for a judge who understand the substance of judge, who not merely act as speaker law, but more as speaker of justice.
