Although the concept of coalition is only prevalent in parliamentary democratic system, but multi-party presidential system scheme which is applied in Indonesia mecessitates the existence of coalition among its party. The presence of coalition is necessary to minimize the risk of political deadlock in relations between president and parliament on the one hand, and due to bulit effectiveness in government as the outcome of general election.
