Post referendum is East Timor which was won by an independent group, Indonesia adds another new state boundaries are located in Belu district. Although the geography of the country between West and East Timor is different but there are found many similarities in the form of cultural values, and follow common sense knowledge in both these border communities that they came from the same ancestry.
This study analyzes the dynamic of economic development and investment policy implementation in kabupaten Tangerang. As a DKI Jakarta's buffer area, the economic and business activity have a growth rapidly. Kabupaten Tangerang has been utilized investment around 30-40% from Banten Province Investment.
A study on technology implementation model of natural resource management in Malinau district-East Kalimantan Province was figured out using system dynamics approach. The objective of the study was to evaluate technology implementation which was carried out by the Indonesian Institute of Science between 2008 and 2011 in Malinau.
The border area has strategic potential in international trade, but these economic and human resource potencies especially in the area between Belu, East Nusa Tenggara and Timor Leste - are not yet exploited.
